A career grounded in care
Grace brings more than 30 years of nursing experience to her psychiatric practice.
Grace Njie is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Her career in nursing spans more than 30 years — a foundation of bedside attention, advocacy, and respect for the people in her care.
Her psychiatric nurse practitioner experience is distinct from her broader nursing background. As a PMHNP-BC, she provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for adults — drawing on decades of clinical intuition, but practicing within her specialized psychiatric training.
Grace believes the best care starts with listening. She takes time to understand each person's full story before recommending anything, and she treats every individual as a whole person — not a diagnosis.
She welcomes adults of every faith and background, and offers faith-sensitive care at the patient's request.
